Our rates for our self catering accommodation are per night. Please contact us to make a booking, stating the dates you prefer.

Terms

50% deposit secures your booking. As we do not operate a credit card payment facility, we will provide you with our bank details on receipt of your Booking Confirmation, thus facilitating direct and secure transfer of payment. The balance is to be paid on or before the arrival date.

Breakage Deposit

We require a breakage deposit of R600-00 to cover possible damages. This will be returned to you via bank transfer after an inventory has been taken within one week of your departure, less any deductions applicable.

Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Reservation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is to be paid on or before the arrival date.
No booking is secure until the deposit has been paid.

Cancellation

  • 14 days prior to arrival – forfeit 100% of deposit
  • 15 - 30 days prior to arrival – forfeit 50% of deposit
  • 30 - 45 days prior to arrival – forfeit 25% of deposit

Special circumstances will be considered favourably

Animals

Regret no pets allowed as the apartment is not suitable.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking establishment, but smoking is permitted outside on the patio.
